Online Services is a State of Oregon agency and is dedicated to providing competent and personal customer service. Online Services provides more local dialup numbers than any other ISP in Oregon, making us the ideal ISP for in-state travelers. However, Oregon law limits who can obtain ISP services from Online Services. Please read carefully the paragraph below. Online Services may not be able to serve you at this time.

ONLINE ACCESS SERVICE CERTIFICATION

Please read the following Online Service Certification ("Certification") carefully. By checking the box below and assenting to this Certification you declare and certify that you are either: (i) a public entity that primarily conducts its activities for the direct good or benefit of the public or community-at-large in providing educational, economic development, health care, human services, public safety, library or other public services ("Qualified Public Entity"), or (ii) a private entity that primarily conducts its activities for the direct good or benefit of the public or community-at-large in providing educational, economic development, health care, human services, public safety, library or other public services and you are unable to obtain online access services from two or more locally established providers within your local exchange telecommunications service area ("Qualified Private Entity").

ORS 291.038(5) limits the Department of Administrative Services' ("Department") authority to provide online access services. The Department may furnish online access services only to those entities that meet the criteria of a Qualified Public Entity or a Qualified Private Entity. If you are neither a Qualified Public Entity nor a Qualified Private Entity, the Department is not authorized to provide you online access services. Please discontinue the sign-up process and exit the registration web site.
