Flex Group Member Registration

Once the Flex Group Administrator Registration has been completed, individual Flex group members will use this page to register for their individual dial-up accounts. You must know the name of the Flex group account you wish to register under.

Flex Account Name

As a member of a Flex group account, you must know the name of the Flex account you are registering under. Please enter that name below. If you do not know the name of the Flex account, please contact your group administrator.

Choose a user name that:

is three to eight characters long
is all lower case (no capital letters)
consists of only letters, numbers, and/or dashes (-)

Your user name will be the first part of your e-mail address. For example, the username joeuser will have the email address joeuser@dialoregon.net.
Note: All user names are subject to administration approval.

This is the first of two forms you must complete in order to register for an Online Services account. Your account will not be activated until you complete and submit this form and the subsequent password form.
