Thanks for all the design work you put into a foam dome, and for making th design available.
 
Attached is a pic of my dome currently under construction. The foam is actual blue 'Styrofoam', a bit different to bead foam as it is extruded. This gives  it about twice the strength of white bead foam.
 
The construction was straight forward and a lot of fun. I used liquid nail type glue, much cheaper than spray glue. The only difficulty was in getting edges to meet 'flat' with the thinner foam.
 
Finish is going to be the same as Steve from Queensland.
 
My location is in southern New South Wales in Australia.
